Traveling is something incredible, knowing other cultures, other worlds, another way of living. But not everything is as beautiful as what comes to the traveler. In our 2006 trip to Burma We saw a beautiful country, sunsets, culture, landscapes, ... but we also saw the repression in which these people were plunged from a very distant point of view, by the talks with the locals. But traveling many times does not give you completely more than a very partial vision of the country.
I do not want to value political issues, why the great powers put baza in Iraq, Kuwait but do not do so in this repression of the Burmese Military Board, where the country is completely underdeveloped, the economy is only in the hands of a few and the large resources such as gas or minerals are completely controlled by this dictatorship, and where the democratically elected by the country in 1990 is imprisoned in their own home without the right to raise the slightest voice. I only ask, from this little blog in the middle of nowhere, that sanity is not lost and that people's lives are well above the political interests of any Military Board or any world power.
And while I ask for that, I don't even realize it the best trip is life itself and it is the one we least appreciate, and sometimes we do not fight for what we want with all the forces we would have to do. But I find myself very confused, very much, and knowing the path by which pulling is sometimes not as simple a decision as the work you lead. In the work they ask you for quick decisions and today you give it without hesitation. In life, they ask for solutions and that is when you realize that you do not have enough experience to decide how to act, but you are the main responsible and if you do not decide, you do not fight for anything.
After all, they let me decide for my life and I will decide on it while… encourage friends Burmese, Hnin, Ima, comrades, fight to decide yours.
