Who doesn't remember the melodies and the sticky choirs of the Beach boys? The genre of “surf rock” may not be as popular today as it was in the sixties, but many of us cannot help moving our heads to the rhythm of Good vibrations, or sing the choirs of California Girls Every time it sounds on the radio, we first. Today this information has reached us and although it is promotional, we believe it may be interesting for you.

And some people grew up with this music because their parents were admirers of the great bands of the sixties (especially the Senior Keys), and they continued listening to their music even after entering a new century. Others may not know the Beach Boys until they read the story of the band in a magazine like Rolling stone, or after seeing the mini biographical series "The Beach Boys: An American Family" on television.

For all those who still enjoy and appreciate the good rock of that era, the founding member and creative collaborator of the Beach Boys, Brian Wilson, will offer a concert at Jones Beach State Park, in Wantagh, New York, accompanied by former band members Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin.

The concert will take place on June 30, 2015 as part of the “No Pier Pressure Tour” tour which has the participation of Sixto Rodríguez, the leading musician of "Searching for Sugar Man", a film that won the Oscar for Best Documentary in the 85th Academy Awards.

Of course, there are many attractions and events in New York City, but “Brian Wilson & Rodriguez” will only be presented that night, so if you are a fan of the Beach Boys and are planning to visit New York around that date, either as part of a vacation package, or through a ticket brochure such as Citypass, This concert is the perfect complement! Then do not say that we do not give you different and original ideas
